What Can Be Done About This?

I purchased a sectional from Texas Gallery Furniture in San Antonio, Texas. Sectional had to be shipped. Cost $1,621.87. When it arrived it was the wrong color but I decided to keep it anyway. Now approximately 18 months later, the springs are coming out, the screws for the recliner keep coming out and the fabric is not at all durable. I called the furniture store and was told that they have nothing to do with the product after it is purchased.  I am very unhappy with this product and want to know what the company can do to rectify the situation.. I am a 63 year old grandmother and cannot afford to just go out an buy another one.
