My Screen Went Black After A Update
My screen went black after a update can't get it to do anything won't let me turn it off or on.

try to soft reset -
- Press and hold the power button on your device for about 10-20 seconds or until the device powers off. This may vary depending on the specific model of your device.
- Once the device is completely turned off, release the power button.
- Wait for a few seconds to ensure that the device has fully powered down.
- After a short pause, press and hold the power button again until you see the device logo or it vibrates, indicating that the device is turning on.
