How To Talk To A Real Person From Avast

I have a paid subscription for avast antivirus pro. It missed 33 viruses that Microsofts techs found. My hard drive was so messed up i had to buy a new one as the only thing the windows cd would do is boot, not install. And i have a paid subscription for grime fighter, this program sucks as it doesn't give you the option of what to keep or remove. So it removed things i wanted to keep. There is NO way to call customer service, you can only email them and they NEVER respond to you. I don't want to but if i have to change my credit card number to stop them i will.
