Help! Promised A Vehicle And Company Did Not Follow Through.
I reserved a vehicle 1 week ago. It was a Chrysler town and country for a one-way rental and today which is the date of pick up they called me and said they didn't have one available. This puts me in a terrible position as I was planning on leaving today. Have to cancel many reservations. This is the first time I've used Avis and very disappointed and don't know if I would ever recommend this company to anybody. I'm hoping somebody could get back to me ASAP and help me with this situation.
