I Have Several Questions And They Are All Somewhat Related.

I ordered a pair of boots several weeks ago for a woman and I thought she ordered the brown, but it was the black. and the boots are even differetn, more than just color. So, she wantedd to exchange, I took back the brown boots and than did everything that needed to be done to do the echange transation. The problem is on the next order, there wee no boots. and still no boots. I have been told they are on back order and will be here after Cam 6. Well I had to explain all this to ccustomer. I told her all the right stuff, and yet I feel she is impatient with me, with Avon. At halloween time she order 1 hat and a bracelet and they were not going to come back. I am getting vibes ike she may not want to keep ordering with us. I will do the right thing to reassure her, etc. can you check fore and tell me exactly when they will come. and is there any kind of letter, note or E-Mail that you could send to her just saying thankyou for beung so patient, boots will be here such and such, if not and you give me the date and I will write one to her. Anyway thanks for listening. and the sooner the better on the return. I thankyou and I hope you understand my need to keep the customer on board. Thankyou, Diane Franco

I recommend calling Avon customer service at 1 (800) 500-2866. They should be able to answer these questions for you.
