It's okay to call this representative & ask her this question.  She should be able to tell you when her shipment comes in.  We get our orders from Avon once every two weeks.  I personally live in Mobile, AL & will get my shipment from UPS this upcoming Monday Sept. 26th, 2011 at around 4 p.m.  Your personal order depends on exactly when you placed the order with her.  It sounds like you made an order right when the campaign ended, so you're having to wait the full 2 weeks just because of the timing.  I hope this helps.
