I Need My Ballys Membership Transferred To La Fitness

My name is Romane Crispin, living in Marlyand, and I had a lifetime membership to Ballys and when I contacted LA Fitness they don't have me as a Ballys' member. I've been trying to reach Ballys' client serverice/customer service department and cannot speak to a person. I've even tried calling your coorprate office with no sucess. I received my lifetime membership years ago as part of a class action law suit. Please help me retrieve my telephone number for when I became a Ballys member.
