You'll be able to request a copy of your tax statements on your accounts with Bank of America by calling the customer service number. At this time, there is no link for specific requests of this type via online banking. Non-receipt may allow the bank associate to request an expedited processing of the replacement. You'll find the number to call on the back of your debit card or on your statement. For most areas, 800.432.1000 will work.
