Can't Receive Calls Can Send Error I204

Reboot your BasicTalk adapter.
- Unplug the power on your network devices (modem, router, and BasicTalk adapter).
- Confirm that all the cables are properly and securely connected between the services.
- Wait at least 30 seconds.
- Plug power back into modem.
- Wait until modem is ready and fully operational.
- Plug power back into the device directly connected to the modem (router or BasicTalk adapter).
- Plug power back into the next device.
