Defected Product
I was in Los Angeles over the weekend, There is a distribution center located in watts. They were having something similar to a rummage sell, selling all Bed Bath and Beyond products. I bought a double wide queen size mattress for $200 plus some other items. However the mattress has a leak and a lamp that I paid $25 that hums really loud, I tried to take it back and the lady refuses to exchange it or give me my money back. What can I do?
