B215d Protect Problem
dear technicianI have a behringer b215d, the tr mosfet is broken (shortly) I have replaced it, I also replaced the driver ic, and I replaced the c83 because it was short too, but after I turned it on, the green led flashed briefly then turned off (protect). How to check this protection problem? Thank you if you are willing to guide me.

If your Behringer B215D is going into protection mode after you have replaced some faulty components, there are several things you can check to troubleshoot the issue:
- Check for any other faulty components: Since the protection mode is triggered to prevent damage to the speaker, it's possible that there are other faulty components that are still causing problems. Check the power supply, output transistors, and any other components that may be damaged.
- Check the wiring: Make sure that all of the wiring is correctly connected and that there are no loose or damaged connections. A loose connection could cause the speaker to go into protection mode.
- Check the output signal: Connect a signal generator to the input of the speaker and check the output signal with an oscilloscope. If the output signal is distorted or has a DC offset, it could be causing the speaker to go into protection mode.
- Check the thermal protection: The thermal protection circuitry in the speaker can also cause it to go into protection mode if it detects overheating. Check the temperature of the heatsinks and make sure they are not getting too hot.
- Check the voltage: Make sure that the voltage to the speaker is within the specified range. If the voltage is too high or too low, it could cause the speaker to go into protection mode.
By systematically checking these components, you should be able to identify the source of the protection problem in your Behringer B215D. If you're not comfortable performing these tests yourself, it's recommended that you take the speaker to a qualified technician for repair.
