Bell Is Not Providing The Service We Pay For. How Do We Get Out Of Our Contract?

Bell did not tell us that our two residences and Simon Fraser University do not receive good service and are in a "marginal" service area.  My partner works at Simon Fraser University and he NEVER gets a signal.  NEVER.  Other people who use Telus and Rogers have no trouble getting a signal at SFU. In our place in Campbell River we almost never get a signal.  We specifically mentioned that we HAD to get service in these two areas when we signed our contract with Bell and we were assured that we would receive a signal. Even at our residence in West Vancouver I can rarely get online on my smart phone, and our telephoner reception is marginal, often cutting out in the middle of calls.  Voice mail does not come in immediately, and Ih ave missed important calls as a result. Bell refuses to help us, stating that our contract says that they don't guarantee 100% service.  But there is a huge difference between 100% service and 0% service, or even 50% service.  We can not rely on our telephones, and in an emergency, though could mean the difference between LIFE AND DEATH. We want to cancel our contract, and we want this accomplished with no financial penalty to us.  Bell is not providing the service we pay for, they are in breach of their contract with us, and we should not be penalized as a result.
