Added One Service
I called Bell Aug 9, 2010 and requested long distance be added as a feature to my service. This morning Aug 10, 2010 I receive a phone call (from the Phillipines) asking me about the call waiting feature on my phone. WHY???? I could not understand him due to his thick accent, so I phoned Bell back and had to "start from scratch" because they would not put me through to the girl I spoke to (Lisa) on the 9th of August so that I could discuss this with HER. WHY??????? This is so frustrating. Then the girl I reached on the 10th of August (Daphne) tells me "we are not allowed to transfer calls" ............... WHY ????????
