Billing Complaint.
In February 2011, I talked to one of your reps about the high cost of my monthly bundle bill. He said he would adjust it permanently from $170.41 for January's bill to $122.55 on an ongoing basis from then on. His cfm # was A68J82. I just received my April bill for $139.93 . What is going on?
