Connect A Dormant Telephone Line
I have been out of the city for 2 months, and disconnected my phone for this time. It was to be reconnected on February 30th, but I am arriving earlier. It is very important that I have a phone because I am physically impaired.
Since I am out of the continent, the calls do not go through. How can I get this service reestablished?
