I Renew My Contract From Bell But I Keep Old Unit,how To Open Line My Old Unit??

ihave I renews contract to bell and chunit ewe unit but I keep my old unit and gave this to my wife which for is in Philippines.how can activate my old phone and make it work to all network in Philippines?pls help.. I heard some suggestion of I so code which I don't know..
