Prepaid / International Travel

I paid full price for a Bell Mobility Nokia 6350 phone and use a prepaid plan. Bell Mobility does not have any service agreements in the United States for their service. As a result you cannot use a Bell Mobility phone in the United States period. I requested the unlock code in order to be able to use a U.S. gsm carrier ( Tmobile/AT&T ) when I am there. Bell customer support said they would not give the code out unless I paid them $75. This is outrageous, I would like to be able to contact someone who actually works for Bell Mobility in the customer relations field, NOT a contracted support group that has at best a marginal grasp of the English Language. It isn't right that Bell restricts the use of my fully paid for phone to their service only. Jim Hill
