Rewards Program
What good are they you can't use them. I was booking a room in pascagoula ms. And they wanted to charge more for a room then thru an online service! So if you find it cheaper they was not even willing to price match So I couldn't use my rewards card or get any benefit from it. It's a crock of bull! Why pay more to call hotel directly They didn't want to work with me at all.
