Help With Overcharging?

I stayed at a best western in Lubbock Tx that is trying to charge me an extra $200.00 for a plastic coffee tray that I informed them prior was missing from the room before my arrival. Help! I did not take or loose this .50¢ tray they have already charged me $200.00 for! I cannot reach the proprieters, what do I do?
