You should clean out your internet cache, delete cookies and reboot. Once computer restarts you can try playing in the Bingo room on Big Fish Casino to see if you are able to remain throughout the game.
If not, then run a diagnostics report. Complete instructions and download can be located at the Big Fish Games Support Page located at the following:
Once you run and save the report in jpg format, contact Customer Care for assistance through one of these options:

If, you call a representative, you can provide the information from the report as needed while talking to tech support.
If, the online form is used you can paste your report on the form for tech support to review. A rep should contact you within 24 hours with assistance.
You should contact Big Fish Games anyway to request your chips to be refunded that were lost when booted from the Bingo room.
Note: The Diagnostic report is optional, but can assist tech support in determing what the issue is at hand.
