What Email Can I Use The Contact Their Corporate Headquarters To Tell Them To Or

when I made the mistake of calling customer service one night that my Bit Defender would not fix itself, instead of got some group called Iyogi that wanted to sell me another $500 worth of services which I declined.  Iyogi sent me two emails and I stupidly opened one and just a few minutes later I got a port scan attack and they continue day adn night. I want bit defener (I ahave already paid them for their product!!!) to insist that I yogi stop attacking my computer with port scan attacks.  I found a number on the contact help that I will try.  Is there a better number for this problem and what is an email inside corporate headquarters.  Is there an address in the US?
