Assigned Ticket Number Is
I have ordered BitDefender Total Security 2015.and I got as Activation key for S64; 29.95. This was for a renewal of my licence which has expired. I then got a second e-mail for BitDefender Install & Set-up with as Activation key for S64; 27.68. It was not very clear to me that I ordered this service and I have not used the Activation key. I want to cancel this last order. Can you please confirm that you have cancelled this last order and that you are going to refund me. Many thanks and regards Pierre Carras License Key:
