Refund
I only had the product on my computer for a couple of hours and had to remove it. Can I get a refund cause I don't like how it performs and refuse to use it?

Once you opened CD and installed in your computer, you cannot get any refund since this is a software. This is the reason why most companies especially antivirus software companies offer free trial version of their product. You should have installed the trial version before purchasing the product with code. Unfortunately, BitDefender does not allow refund for opened or installed products.
