Connect Phone To Pc For Better Viewing Not As Modem While Browse On Internet

Internet is free on blacberry phone while browsing if I connect to pc I get charged while browsing internet because the phone is used as a modem,now I want to know how can I Use my phone with my pc for better viewing instead of a modem browsing the internet thanks
