I Can't Download Blackberry Apps

wen i enter my email address and passwrd and click login it says an error has occured plz try again later, ive had my blackberry bold fone for 2 weeks and have had this problem from the strt, plz help

My advice would be as follows.

Go to http://us.blackberry.com/apps-software/appworld/ and download App World again - when prompted for download select OK to overwrite the app which is already installed. Also be sure to check the 'Set application permissions' checkbox. Set all app permissions to 'Allow' or 'Full'.
Run the app from your app icons screen. If prompted for permissions select 'Allow'.

If you can, do all of the above whilst connected to a WiFi network.
