Transfer Boost Mobile To T Mobile

I have a existing T Mobile phone, that I want to cancel that number. What I want to do is transfer a Boost Mobile phone number to an existing phone with T Mobile and use my Boost Mobile ohone number on the T Mobile phone. Please instruct me how I can accomplish this. Thnak you.
