Voicemail Problems

i am having a problem with my voicemail on my kyocera hydro edge through boost mobile..this is the second time it has happened..i had som messages on my voiemail that i had saved on my voicemail and the day before yesterday my voicemail updated itself n now all my voicemails r gone..i didnt erase my voicemails but they are gone..i want to know how to get my voicemails back because i need them...so can u please tell me how to get my voicemails back..thank you
