Broken Burner Valve

one of the four burner Inlet valves is broken and just Wiggles around inside the stove top. It appears that the entire unit is riveted closed. Is this unit serviceable can the individual valve and knob be replaced? If so can you tell me how or do you have an instructional video who that will show me how? Thank you
