why date and time settings are lost every time i turn on\off the Brother MFC 7340

This is normal on most electronic devices when the built-in battery has run out of charge. Unfortunately, it is too complicated to replace the build-in battery for this device. In addition, there is also no available replacement battery offered online. The available replacement parts are its toner cartridges which can be purchased below. If you know a repair center in your area, you can bring this device to have the battery changed.
