Issue With Permafocus Binocular

Hi love permafocus binocular but suddenly it will not allow both eyes to see together anymore. It worked perfectly before then maybe after a small bump( wasnt real hard) it changed. Can i get it fixed? I have 3 pair. Thanks Curt Wester
