Os 10.8 Compatable With Cannon 5600f?

upgraded to new iMac Mountain Lion, 10.8.2   My scanner, Cannon 5600F is not recognized.  Downloaded driver but it doesn't show up. Thanks.

According to the support website of Canon, there is no available driver software compatible with iMac Mountain Lion 10.8.2 Operating System. The available driver software is compatible with the other versions of Mac Operating Systems. You can download these driver software here:
