Copying Photocopies
I need to know if I have a legal size document,and I need to make photocoy on the letter size, i.e. need to reduce to at-least 85% instead of the preset ratio of 94% can i do it or not. I need the full legal size contents to letter size. At the moment the preset is 94% please let me know if I can reduce to 85%.

Your question is hard to follow, but you can reduce a copy to a preset percentage, however only to the percentages offered by your machine. Canon provides illustrated instructions for doing that here.
