I booked a ticket today and and I am family issue. Is there anyway to cancel this ticket?

You will need to call the Cheap Tickets customer service line. They will charge you a $150 fee to changeplus the difference in fair. Sometimes you can outright cancel the flight, but they will likely give you the money back in the form of a voucher for future travel, rather than actual money.
