Very Upset!
Please phone me NZ regarding my flight with 'Air China' (booked with you) Monday 19th Nov.departing from Auckland Airport 11.40PM, I can not find a way of contacting them and no one seems to have heard of them.The only contact ph number in Auck is unmaned and no answer,there are no replies from their email? China Airways have never heard of them! I need to be reassured that this airline exists and I have a definate flight on Monday! PLEASE contact me now or email me better still give my your ph number so I can at least contact you. Barbara Quedley

You can try to reach CheapTickets at 800-755-4333, but that probably won't work from NZ. You can write:
