My Blazer Wont Rev Up Past 2100rpm, Or Accelerate More Than 10mph

My truck was running fine and then all of the sudden the Tach dropped to about 2100RPM and then below 1000RPM and would jump up and drop back down. The truck woul go about 23MPH and then drop down to nothing, start to accelerate then die off. I did have the Codes P0101 Mass Air Flow and P0155- Bank 2 Sensor 1 as well as P0442 Evap.Emissions Sys Leak. I replaced the Mass Air Flow Device and the 02 Sensor. Reset the codes and they went away. The P0101 keeps coming back, all other ones have not returned. I also replaced the Control Module(which made it worse), put the old one back on and the same problems were still there. On the diagnostic reader it says there is a misfire everyone once in ahwile but when I erase that code it goes away and doesn't always come back.
