Paid Members
If you wish to cancel your paid membership, please contact our Member Care Team regarding your request. A representative will respond to your message via email to further assist you.

Note: You may cancel your All-Access Pass (previously known as a Gold membership) and/or remove your name from our site; however, per the Terms of Service to which you agreed when you submitted your payment, membership fees are non-refundable. Please keep in mind that a cancellation will result in the forfeiture of your membership fee.

According to the Help page of Classmates.com, you may cancel your membership by contacting the customer service of this site. You may contact the Member Care Team to request for the cancellation of your account. The customer service will reply to you via email for further instructions on how to cancel your paid membership.
