I Signed Up For 3 Months Only And Classmate Withdrew Money Again W/out Permissio

Yours is one of a great many similar complaints about this company; sorry for your problems.

I suggest you send a certified snailmail to the company, giving them a reasonable time (say 10 days) in which to respond. Then if you don't receive satisfaction you will want to dispute the charge with your card provider—but observe that bank's time limits, which you can learn by phoning it.
