Classmates Took Money Out Of My Account But Didn't Give Me Access To The Site.

Yours is one of a great many similar complaints about this company; sorry for your problems.

You may want to send a certified snailmail to the company, giving them a reasonable time (say 10 days) in which to respond. Then if you don't receive satisfaction you will want to dispute the charge with your card provider—but observe that bank's time limits, which you can learn by phoning it.
