This should stop future charges but may not affect outstanding charges.
To reverse outstanding charges, send a certified snailmail to the company, giving them a reasonable time (say 10 days) in which to respond. Then if you don't receive satisfaction you will want to dispute the charge with your card provider—but observe that bank's time limits, which you can learn by phoning it. Here's Classmates's address:
