Want A Refund

I signed up for 3 months of Classmates.com.  My bank paid 15.00 additional to Classmates.com.  I do not wish to continue membership/subscription.  How do I get a refund and cancellation immediately?

Yours is one of a great many similar complaints about this company; sorry for your problems. To cancel, follow the instructions at:
http://www.classmates.com/search/help/article?articleId=4384&keywords=cancel

Classmates does not offer phone support. You can protest any charges with:

Classmates Online, Inc.
P.O. Box 1269
Renton, WA 98057

If necessary, you could dispute the charges with your card provider, and complain to the Washington Office of the Attorney General at 800-551-4636, or at http://www.atg.wa.gov/.
