How Do I Check Status After A Cut For Nonpayment Situation Was Corrected?
On Friday I called a couple times and paid my bill in full. I was told service would be restored on today (Monday) I called this morning only to hear a recording stating I owed a restart fee. I was NEVER told this on Friday. I paid immediately (7:30am) They are closed for Veterans day and I can't find out if service will be restored today or not. How do I find out. I have two small children in the home and a medical situation at a local hospital ... I really need to figure this out. How do you find out status of a service restart?
