Billing 137.99 Mo/ To 248.00 Same Service What Can I Do
com cast keeps piling it on, my monthly bill should be 137.99, keeps charging 248.00 i have called many times can not get it cleared up

The only way to fix it is to call. Call them back and ask for a supervisor before you explain the problem again. You should also be calling your local office, not 800-xfinity. To find the phone number, type in your zip code here:
