I Want To Have My Old Consumer Cellular Service Connected To My New Xfinity Serv

I recently changed to Xfinity, however my cell phone needs to be transferred also. Consumer Cellular is the company I had my cell phone with.

Can I put my old SIM card in my new phone Xfinity?However, the other phone must be unlocked in order to use the Xfinity Mobile SIM card. Can you just move your SIM card to another phone?
