My Box Keeps Shutting Off And Rebooting However No Picture Or Sound Most Of The

during the hours from 12 am to late morning the box continues to shut itself off and reboot but cannot hold a charge. I have no tv...no sound no picture what does this mean

You need to have your box "hit" or maybe an amp installed. Your signal is weak/degraded. You need to contact your local Comcast office. You can do that by going here and typing in your zip code:
