Complimentary Flight

I couldn't make my flight this past January from Newark, NJ to Las Vegas because of bad weather. I was stranded on route 78 when the plane took off. The people at Contintental said they would honor a flight for me and my wife whenever I decided to take it, but it had to be within a year. I'd like to take that offer and go to Las Vegas in September but I don't know how to go about making reservations. My name is Robert Gately and the Continental record locater is EWW3RT.
