Lost Items

We travelled back on Flt 28 on the 29/04/11 into H/Row T4. the next day and we were sat in Row 32DIn the overhead we had Hand Luggage containing a Small Lid/Box with 2x Diamond Pendants and Diamond Earings.We have tried speaking to Heathrow Lost Property without success.they keep transferring us to diiferent number that are not answered. CAN YOU PLEASE HELP!
