Ripping A Disabled Person Off.

I had a voucher for around 400.00.  I gave up a seat to berievement.  I was given a complimentary voucher for my giving up my seat. When I tried to use it,, the agent at the airport said I would have to give up my ticket, purchase another and apply that to the new ticket.  I'd hhave lost another 500.00.  They would not bump me up to first class.  There was only a day left on the date of the voucher.  Accourding to the personelle I spoke with, I'm out on the 400.00/ I did all of the thinkgs your customer services said to do.  Can I get my money back?  I feel as if I'd been kicked in the teeth.  I am disable ... I'm deaf.  Margaret R. Paluch.  It waas my 60th birthday gift to myself.  I was screwed.  I won't be traveliing continental/United in the future.
