Lost Luggage? Extra Long Delays 6 Hours Turns Into 24hours...pregnant Wife!!!!

I am in Cabo Mexico...your company lost my luggage and or misplaced it, but it is ruining my vacation! what can I do? I already filed a report, and was told it was on its way, not to have arrived as I was told it would...7 day vacation, lost luggage and personal trip took 24 hours instead of 6 it was supposed to take do to broken plane in Boston and delayed plane in Mexico city...was at logan at 5am and got to cabo next day at 2am...and to add to this hell, it is my birthday and my wife is 3 months pregnant!!! not happy with your company is an understatement.
