Received No Help From Your Employee, Susan Shultz/ Cleveland Office
I purchased tickets for Continental from an auction. I was unable to use them for a flight and was given the name of a person who was suppose to be able to troubleshoot for me. I started calling in February and was told that due to the merger she needed to call me back etc. etc. After multiple phone calls which only one was returned I was told that I had 30 days to use them or they would expire and too bad. Had she let me know this in February we would have planned a trip to use them but I specifically wanted to use them for a destination this coming February. Her name is Susan Shultz and she is in the Cleveland office. She will no longer even return a call. This is the very worst I have been treated by any airline or company for that matter. I expected a quick respnse to my questions without having to incure multiple long distance charges and then was shocked to have her be so rude as to not follow up.
