How Do You Keep Our Apartment For Rent Ad At The Top Of The Page Every Day.

You can't. You can accomplish that result after 48 hours by deleting and resubmitting the post. See this Craigslist page.
Note that (although probably not documented) Craigslist will not now permit you to repost until about 15 minutes past the 48-hour window.
